One of the youth Pastors at Oak Cliff Bible fellowship contacted Mr. Brown and asked if he would develop a concept for a new youth space in an underutilized portion of an existing building. They worked together to develop this concept and although the Youth pastor was not able to get the momentum to make the project a reality it has always been a favorite.
